Incorporating Different Types Of Meditation Into My Life

Hi so I've been meditating for about half a year now and brought up from the twenty minutes to 30 minutes. My question is since I really wanted to start mindfulness and self inquiry work should I do two separate 30 minute meditation or try hard and work up to an hour of a single type and then rotate which ones I do each month say? Thanks!
