Do philanthropic efforts from billionaires do more harm than good? Do you think they are slowing down the process of human development in third world countries? Are their intentions truly altruistic and honest? Or do they have a hidden agenda or other long term gains?  Are they corrupting American democracy? What are your thoughts?
