There are meditations that you can do that involve dance. check out the osho active meditations, they are great fun, that is if you have an hour to spare. well worth it imo

Yes your taste is weird

I was around 20 years old when tecno started. I hoped that it would create a new dance but well it was basically anti dance for my taste.

It's interesting how much more upbeat the music from the 80s were. Amazing. I wonder what killed it. Part of it may be AIDS

Couldn't find the singing thread but doesn't matter as I think singing should lead to dancing anyway. 

There are still people around who refuse to sing. It's ok if they feel good but if you feel bad and don't make singing a routine that might be wrong. 

With singing I mean singing along. This video might be a possible prove of this theory:
