Mine is a different case because it awoke from the 7th chakra and became extremely ungrounded after, as i was already very ungrounded before the awakening. Lack of guidance, lack of maturity, we should have a complete how-to book or video on it, js.

To anyone reading this, make sure you know what youre doing, lol.

BTW yes it can be dangerous if not handled properly. This does need to be taken seriously and grounded in maturity.

Awesome, thanks for sharing! It is hard to find reliable sources on the subject, and she seems to know what she's talking about. Having sorted out the real from the fake, and coupling it with her own experience. Plus she's authentic.

This the best video about kundalini out there. Both in a historical context and what it is. It clears up a lot of misconceptions. The word "kundalini" was first seen in Tantrik Shaivism texts, it talked about an upper kundalini and a lower kundalini. Also it was never referred to as serpent or snake originally. The women used to wear coiled earrings called "kundala" and that is where the word comes from.
