How to deal with phone addiction and avoid neediness.

So I had so many gross addictions, which I one by one demolished. But still I have one of the constantly checking social media for likes, comment, even this forum. Sometimes it seems to me because it's ok as I don't have someone to be intimate with and these are biological urges. But I see people like leo who seem to be very content all the time. I also think that it may be a structural issue, I, in vain, try to be available to anybody who needs my help, but it's more like I am fulfilling my own need to engage and socialize with people. But when socializing, it never turns up very fruitful, leaving me empty and cravings after some time. Any ideas to deal with it.?

@Amit replace it with something you think is productive.

You may find apps to block certain websites.

Each time you control your impulse you are building up your will power.

Do a Dopamine Detox once a week. No phone, no entertainment for an entire day. Just you contemplating and meditating by yourself.
