Consider doing pharmahuasca (crystal DMT + harmala) in pills so you can control the dosages and slowly go up.
I don't know how it is to measure the amount of DMT in ayahuasca and I wouldn't take an unknown amount of powerful psychedelics alone. That's a shot in the dark.

Consider that you'll be high asf if you happen to try a high dosage you won't be able to ground yourself again if shit happens.
