Black and white perception changes

I don't know how to call it, but almost for a year now I've been noticing perception change in my eyesight, it's like I'm seeing thoughts but not hearing them or more like a black and white mixture like I said in the title.

It happens very rapidly and almost constanstly like a metrenome, sometimes I even feel like I teleport from one place to another after that perception change.

Maybe I just fall unconscious for a bit or something, or maybe God got lazy on creating the whole view of Reality with every detail smoothly and such

Have you experience something similar? what is it?
