how to decrease your ego resistance for the Truth?

Can you share with us your way to deal ego resistance to the Truth?

What I mean is how not to look back and start doubting or not letting go when you are going somewhat deeper than usual

mine is using some mantara to push myself forward

P.S : I have this huge problem of self doubt that caused me to develop OCD which I am dealing with since a long time  , OCD is like having this resistance to the truth all the time. After curing  and beating my OCD I think I will also have developed my ability not to resist the truth. seeing the full half of the glass, LOL.
