Yes. Infinitely many more besides just the 7 rainbow and 4 neutral colors being experienced here.
Descriptions of them don’t work though. Like trying to describe blue to a blind man. You can say it’s “soothing” or “cool” but those are tactile textures. Similarly, there are colors I would describe as “fuzzy” but that doesn’t really help with visualization.

so like that, you & I can also be considered color blind from a whole range of colors we cannot see...
