Got to October with these a few days ago

Why I'm so late again, is because some days I didn't do these at all, and just stretched by myself.

Also I'm still doing the sentence completion thing, but inconsistently

Perfectionism has been back. And the going back and forth with trying and not trying.

Everything going pretty well except I’m having difficulty sleeping. Can’t really fall asleep and I keep waking up too early. And then I have to try to fall asleep again to get enough sleep. Even though I’m tired.
