I tried to sleep after going to bed but couldn’t. Ended up in youtube Probably fell asleep at 4. So I kinda actually went to bed at about 3:30 

Did the shortest yoga practice I could find from that playlist. Meditation wasn’t that great either

I need to eat and drink water and sleep. Do the yoga and meditate properly. I’ve really been treating my body like crap.

I'm tired as heck. My sister likes being loud in the morning. I'm slightly pissed off. Well atleast I don't have to go to school. My eye bags are magnificent. A bit complaining, feels great.

I'm going to sleep again now. I can't find earplugs anywhere though.

Crap, everything was half-assed

Gonna go play at an event this Friday. Not sure how to play these songs. I’ll have to practice alone.

Practiced guitar yesterday. When I put something in the looper and start soloing over it I can't stop

Dunno what's my plan for surviving playing in that event today. Guess just try to have fun. I usually do. Songs are a bit difficult though. But I'll play something.

It went well. Music just feels like a natural form of self-expression for me. With many other things I feel really stuck.

Had to wake up early today. I'm going to take a nap now.

I've been having a backlash lately, pretty apparent. I can't go to bed early. My thing with being late from everywhere, extends to that.

Almost early. Been feeling disconnected from everything. And exam stress is piling up and I'm paralyzed. Mountain cabin would be nice.

I still have time to study though.

I couldn't sleep. Then I realized I'm hungry and I went to eat. Then I just kind of stayed active all night.

Yesterday was better. I get into a meditative state when I'm in the shower and standing right below the stream of water and just letting it hit my head.

Didn't take a nap but gladly slept long.

Next 5 days I will have to use all my time for studying but I think I can manage that. I'll still do this stuff here in this journal. I like watching videos from that psychology guy. Reading on the other hand is difficult.
