Distinction or Oneness Insight..

I had this insight about a week before Leo shot his new Distinctions/Learning vid, and I thought it might be useful to someone..

Maybe you can do this as an exercise.

So hear the sound of a lions roar in your mind..  Now, hear the sound of a motorbike whizzing past you..  Note that both sounds are different,  yet they are both made of the same thing, a thought!   

I could clearly see how two things can be different and at the same time, be one.   I then thought of colours and emotions and scents and shapes..   They all seemed to be different, but all made from one thing, thought.

And now, because I've done a few years of conscienceness work, I saw that it applies to the (real world) too, and that fundamentally, everything including the thoughts, are made of the same thing, awareness, or oneness, or whatever you want to call it.
