Eating Avocados

I hear that avocados are supposed to be very healthy. Is there anything to back this up?

Good sort of monounsaturated fatty acids. But they are not exceptional and personally I don't think they are worth the carbon footprint

My body loves them. I squeeze some lemon on them and sprinkle some Himalayan salt, it's absolutely delicious!

I imagine they are one of the best source of fats. At the same time they don't have much sugars for being a fruit. I would say it's 9/10 food

@liamnewsom202 it is a super food.. but very expensive... Have you seen the documentary on Netflix called rotten? In that you will see how avacados are farmed by robbing water from the people causing draughts in certain places to grow avacados.
