@Rilles was listening to a podcast and the people said that haha also i was talking to this guy whos a life coach and he started dating a kundalini yoga teacher and i was like haha did she teach you kundalini yoga and he was like we dont really do that anymore because weve healed our truma. idk ive also heard that people into kundalini yoga can often be on a head trip

It´s the most intense yoga i´ve tried, but I wouldn´t consider it "a head trip".
