What are some high consciousness ways to use the internet?

I'm done watching porn its disgusting me at this point. I read a bit but what else is there. I'm a bit tired of studying and the usual games I'd play online aren't doing it for me.

You could try a whole month without the internet, if it doesn't affect your work or study etc..

Actually, it sounds like a great opportunity for looking inwards. And trust me, it is totally worth it. Even if you merely withdraw without much inquiry, it's still worth it.

Also, don't trust this. That's probably just because you've consumed so much and now you're full. Just like with food. You will get hungry again. So, expect that.
