Leo Emphasizes The Importance Of Learning How To Use Our Minds

3 posts in this topic

Hello.

In this video, @Leo Gura talked about the importance of learning how to use our minds.

He mentioned that people who learn how to use their minds are deep thinkers and never manual laborers.

I actually agree with Leo's point of view. Learning how to use your mind is fundamental when it comes to mastery & self-actualization.

The million-dollar question is how does the mind work? That's what we need to find out.

Is self-observation a great tool for learning how the mind works?

Is meditation a good tool when it comes to understanding the mechanisms of the mind?

Self-observation is the ONLY tool you have for learning how the mind works. This is the true definition of psychology.

I think you know the answer to your meditation question.

I absolutely loved the life advice for young people video. I've come to realize that the mind is a lot more capable than you give it credit for. Especially when you're thinking for yourself, strategizing, and paying attention to reality above all else.
