As often as he mentions "going to the gym" as a good thing, I am sure he still

goes on a regular basis, obviously just to maintain a healthy body, not to build a 

huge amount of strength/muscle. 

 

He also lost a good amount of weight which suggests regular cardiovascular exercise.

I also can't believe that Leo actually responded to this. I am also wondering do yogis exercise if all they do is just sit and just meditate for the whole day. How can their bodies survive sitting for so long.

I bet most are mind exersises that he does is meditation ,contemplation,self enguiry and other things he mentions in his channel.

but you don't need to follow what he does personally,habits he provides us with on his channel are enough,to be honest I am also curious in finding out what Exersises he does but i noticed its ego driven so I held my self.
