What does Leo mean by social games?

So Leo vaguely says in some of his videos about people playing ‘social games’. 
 

What does he mean by this? Manipulation? Survival? 
 

I know this is a very basic post but he hasn’t really explained in the videos what he means by these social games. Unless there is a video I haven’t seen.

Can anyone - or Leo - explain what is being said here?

i think it means "games with other people". Such as keeping up with the joneses. Or anything else you are motivated to do to satisfy others.

Socializing for gain, I'd assume.

He means gossiping, pretending, status game... Think of it like ego games but in the social realms
