Fasting and food choices

Hey everyone :)

I have been taking meditation and Kriya yoga to the next level lately thanks to u guys?

A feeling that arising more lately(probably cuz I’m more conscious) is that the food in my stomach is bothering me through out the day and my practices as well..

I started to fast in the first 3 hours of the morning but it’s like I wish to be fasted the whole day..

I believe that this feeling prevent me to do practices in the night.(cuz my stomach is full)

I am eating pretty healthy but I assume that there is always place to improve..

Any suggestions for it? I’m also open for a new diet just not too extreme?

Yes.

You can eat one meal a day if you consume enough healthy fats, proteins, and vegetables.

You will feel a lot better. Start learning about the ketogenic diet. You will be amazed.

Start with 16/8 fasting and go from there, gradually working up to a weekly 24 hour fast, (I'm doing mine now) be careful and analyze how you feel. 

Eventually, a weekly 24 hour becomes pretty easy, you could do OMAD, which works for some people, not everyone. 

Take it slowly, learn to walk before running a marathon!
