Interactions are like a mirror, any friction you experience is an opportunity to lear

Interacting with people is first and foremost about expressing yourself. Your behavior unfolds from how you see the world and if you are self-reflective you can use your interactions to challenge your own perceptions and narrative about the world until your behavior evolves naturally. Interaction with others and people you are interested in particular is much more about learning about yourself than learning about others. Its a journey of calibration to true self-expression.

I agree. I think just like when we return home to the family we are met with just how unenlightened we are. When we are with people, strangers and close friends, we are met with the reality of where we are at. Our strengths, weaknesses, patterns and insecurities are all reflected back to us in the interaction. Which means the answers to your evolution are also given to you in that moment.
