@DrewNows Dude, there are too many different protocols to try them all.

I've tried a bunch of stuff, but obviously not all the stuff that exists. It's exhausting trying them all.

@TrynaBeTurquoise This is the whole meal, I’m thinking it’s too heavy and needs to be broken up, maybe I’ll go back to 3 meals per day.

Oats w/ Chia Seeds& Omega seed mix, 1-2 tea spoons of Peanut Butter, then Turmeric, Ginger& Cinnamon added

Smoothie- Bannana, Blueberries, Raspberries, Greens Powder, 1 Scoop of vegan protein, 1 scoop of EAAS& oat Milk

2 teaspoon shots of Apple cider vinegar beforehand.

Thinking of just starting with the smoothie, and then having the oats with some salad/ soup later in the day instead as the largest meal of the day, probably post workout

Let me know what you think

I think you have some good nutrients in there. I would keep experimenting and rotating your macro sources until you get a consistent rotation of macro sources depending on what your energetic demands are that day.

I would put the faster digesting things (smoothie) around your workout, before or after, and leave the slower digesting things when you aren't going to be physically active and your metabolic processes can be more available for digestion.

@TrynaBeTurquoise Got it, thanks for the helpmate.

I'll save the smoothie as a pre-workout, and stick to the oats for the first meal.
