is it normal for polarities to switch from more submissive energies to dominance energies in relationships/sex (or vice versa) or does the man usually stay in his dominance energy all of the time?

I think it depends on the couple, but I think in most healthy dynamic relationships it switches back and forth and that's the most fulfilling.
