I feel like i lost something during my growing process

Hey,Guys! What' s up ? Hope you are all fine

So, I doing shadow work quite a time now, my self steem raised A LOT, i feel much better with myself,

and many relationships are better now, because i stoped projecting stuff on others, i recomend everyone do this work! 

But, i used to be a pretty funny guys , used to have this really especific kind of humor, and those moments used to be pretty funny, but now it looks like i have lost part of that humor, any thoughts about it ?

Maybe during the process you've broke the illusion around it and it's not amusing to you anymore

@Osaid No, haha! I Still laugh a lot, is more like i lost some creativity

I know what you mean. For me I realized that a lot of my humor was wrapped up in either false beliefs or some kind of negative outlook that usually put others down in the process. 

Maintain your intention to smile more and see the humorous side of life. It will come back for us in good time : )
