Shadow Work and Awakening

4 posts in this topic

For me, shadow work has been key to integrating my awakening. For example, with my latest awakening, I become conscious of infinite Goodness and Love. I felt so unworthy of it that I physically started coughing up this feeling of unworthiness. It's having a ripple effect through all of my beliefs and it seems like shadow work is essential for awakening. It's all about turning fear into love, just like awakening is. So this video is sort of an introduction to shadow work from the perspective of awakening and healing. I didn't really start doing "real" shadow work until I had my first awakening. It seems like helping and awakening are two sides of the same coin. I would love to hear your perspectives on this topic. Thank you!

Shadow work was and still is a very important spiritual practice for me! Thanks for the video.

I think that shadow work purifies the body/mind complex to make it a better superconductor for Consciousness.

I agree! I feel like the more I heal, the deeper I can go into awakening. Spiritual purification

Thanks for the video, I've been kinda winging it when doing shadow work, so this will definitely help.

I agree, shadow work is very necessary. I've realised my problems / unresolved issues within my mind hold me back from going deeper into awareness, and psychedelics make this so blatantly obvious. It feels like a roadblock along the Path.
