Leo private your psychedelic videos! URGENT

Kong posted a video about how he takes micro doses from LSD and youtube took it down and struck his channel, he re-uploaded it.

Leo have you checked youtube's TOC? It changed and Kong got struck even though his drug video didn't violate it. If you haven't please review it or consider moving your psychedelic videos onto your site because if they all get struck in a row you can lose your channel.
