Dealing With Psychic Phenomana

has anybody here on the forum personal expierence with pre- or postcognition ?

My guess is it happens to alot of people but its being regarded as crazy or just a dream and then dismissed as "I must be going crazy"

The point that interrests me is how people handle this kind of experience, especially with dreamsequences of past / future events. Are the scenes / episodes erratic or ordered... stuff like that.
