Be careful of vitamin deficiency in quarantine

9 posts in this topic

I'm not speaking scientifically here. I'm telling my experience.

I'm in quarantine for more than one month now. It's really really getting harder everyday. But it was almost a week I felt extremely down, sensitive, crying all day and angry.

I finally got to conclusion it might be due to vitamin deficiency specially D. I've been taking some vitamin supplement for three days now and I feel much better.

Take this into consideration in these days.

I've been in what you would call a quarantine for 4 years and I agree that you should try to get all of your macros and micros if possible.

@Elham how are you doing now? I have been experiencing the same symptoms. I'm thinking about buying a vitamin d supplement.

Sorry to hear.

if you live in a cold country I’d recommend taking vitamin D all year round, with higher doses in the winter ofc.
