Negative Talks Constantly Actions To Be Taken

Hi I wanna share something , when you are in environment with CONSTANT negative talks and you cannot go any where , I am aware its negative ok , NOW i can not practice Being here cz, I am aware to take an action which I also came from high awareness  ,I put my headphones on and started listening music ,literally ignoring ? 

What actions will you take ,if in same situation ?

One method you could experiment with is allowing it and then deciding for yourself whether its negative (which will make you feel bad) or just nonsense (which is actually quite liberating).

Most ideas are actually nonsense. Mine, yours, everybody's.

Exactly.  There are no answers.  Keep asking questions and it's a bottomless pit.  When does it end?

I mean, their ego is invested in regurgitating garbage and our egos are invested in regurgitating spiritual sounding garbage.

For me it feels pretty spacious inside. More psychological space.

We don't need it. There is wisdom inside already, not sure where it comes from, but I know when I throw out the garbage there is room for a solution to bubble up. 

This is my direct experience anyway. 

I throw the garbage of humanity in the cosmic trash can..

I am not sure what your experience is, but mine is I'm right here in the present, no effort at all, all I do is breathe in, and as I breathe out the question asker in me vanishes with the out breath. 

What else is there to be done?

i showed empathy first and then turned the talk into humor , all of us laughed ,and then i take control of talk by started topic "beauty" because ,we were all ladies  , ultimately the environment turned out my way
