The Power possessed intrinsically within all sentient life

It has had countless names over the ages. It has been called QiGong, Vril, Psionics, Magic, Chi, Mana, Prana, and many others. It is the direct ability for one to manifest their potential within the material plane. Many of you have likely experienced this, but if not, here's a very basic guide. Simply hold out your hands as though there is a ball within them. Visualize that there is an orb of light forming within them. After a couple minutes, perhaps less, you will begin to experience your power quite literally within the palms of your hands. There are many who belief you can truly manifest the light itself visibly, and this is one of the goals of these practices. Enlighten us as to your experiences with this practice. I believe that if you are able to produce the orb, you will have the capacity to heal others directly with it, or even to perform something akin to telekinesis.
