Lol, I know why that would be dangerous, but Kindilini Iyi and some other advocates have a circle of psilocybin users who use it during pregnancy. 
 

If it’s safe, would it make the baby more high conscious and susceptible to awakening?

 I don't recommend taking any substance during pregnancy.  You have no idea how the biochemistry of your body reacts to the substance.  There are certain parts of pregnancy where your body mixes the perfect balance of hormones to develop your child's brain, organs and so forth.  Most of the childs development happens in reflection on who you are inside and how you carry yourself through life.  They will see everything.  

Read books, meditate, listen to conscious music, do shadow work.  All of those things will reward your child more than any psychedelic can at this point.
