SDS Posture

1 post in this topic

Hi friends,

I'm planning to do SDS for 3-5 hrs daily so it's very important to me to choose the right posture to keep sitting straight to prevent the knee damage.

I'd sit on the chair but I also want it to be painful cause that's what I believe makes SDS effective.

So couple of good options I found include Burmese, Seiza, and simply crossed legged, but I'm not sure about their long-term consequences.

What would you recommend?
