Youtube Video Removal?!

Hey! Could anyone tell me how to take a video and my name down from a persons account and did so without my consent?

It's rather cringy!!!

I've informed this particular user on Youtube to take it down because of privacy violation (his channel also, maybe seems to be unactive since he only 5 subs) but he does not reply and because it was uploaded on 2007.

I've also addressed this issue to youtube but they have sent me back an email stating that it was declined.

Any tips would be appreciated!!!! THANK YOU!
