Weekend Backslide: Journal Entry

Had some free time on the weekend to do some healthy self improvement and learning, but nope! Ended up playing video games for hours like an idiot and indulging on food. Now I've removed the distractions, I am paying the toll for giving in. The grip of homeostasis is tight!

Not very stoic of me, eh?
