Sleep Paralysis Demon?

Anyone ever have sleep Paralysis and than have a demonic voice speak to you?

Didn't imagine it either my eyes were wide open at least that's what I remember perceiving.

Mine said hell is waiting for you I think at the end

I tried not to fear it the best that I could

This voice also... was  more freakier than any auto tune voice as well.. constantly talking shit in my head like it was expressing doubt, and it wasn't my voice that I usually hear in my head.

Anyone know about this sleep Paralysis demon theory?

This is quite normal though I never had one. Mind is quite confused in this state so it makes hallucinations that can be quite bad. It has no bad effect apart from short term fear, you can actually use it for lucid dreaming next time.

I was scared shit less from it

I don't know if this will help you but a sound file saying awareness alone is curative is making me aware of my body and I'm feeling more happy.

I have sleep paralysis a lot and I've had scary things interacting with me. I find that my experiences in sleep paralysis/OBE tend to correlate to my emotional state.
