Weird mystical experience?

One day I was experiencing adrenal distress and doing breathing exercises out in nature. About an hour before the experience I’ve read a book that koi fresco recommended to me and the whole context produced a weird insightful experience that I am nature and everything is nature and it doesn’t matter.
