Plotting Consciousness Development on Political Compass

I think there might be a corelation between a human being's consciousness development and his/her political views. The compass model is what I've used to capture the spectrum of political views & Spiral Dynamics is a concept I'm familiar with, from a point of view of understanding evolutionary psychology. So I was thinking about the 2 models to see if there's a corelation. Curious to know what you guys think.

Higher consciousness people will support more Loving, inclusive policies, politicians and political parties.

Apparently, I'm marginally more right-wing than Ghandi and Mandella. My results on this test haven't shifted much over the last 5 years. I wonder if it's true that people become more conservative as they age. Algorithmically it makes sense that older people would want things to stay more of the same as they settle into the exploit portion of an explore/exploit trade-off. Perhaps a shifting Overton window also affects how people land relative to where they started as they age. Perhaps a bit of both.

@MuadDib My chart is exactly the same as yours. You point about becoming more conservative with age. For me, personally is the exact opposite. I'm 44 now and become much more open with age. I was way more conservative in my 20s. I guess what you are into plays a big part in this. From reading more books, doing psychedelics & contemplating life, I find you become more open to things.

@Alex M Interesting. I know that psychedelics have been shown to increase a person's openness to experience (in the big 5 personality model) by one standard deviation a year after a 'mystical experience'  and that openness is the trait most closely correlated with left-leaning political outlooks. I'm currently learning all of the political ideologies to get a general sense of what they're about and where they loosely sit on this axis at the moment. I find myself humming and haaing over the good points in many of them. I want to be all the ideologies somewhat, but I have to agree with where I land as a result of the test overall so far.
