I’m considering microdosing LSD to increase my work performance, deepen my spiritual practice, increase creativity and improve intimate relationships with those around me.

I’d love to collect the actualized.org community’s experiences with microdosing.

I recommend experimenting with it. Don't get stuck into a specific regime as The way to MD. Play around with it to find out what does/doesnt work for you at this point in your life.

I've tried a lot of different psychedelics for MD, but tend to turn to 1p-LSD as a go-to. Personally I use it extremety infrequently (<1x/week) and at around 3ug. But I could see that changing at different times.

I am hesitant to make a long term, regular habit out of it because of the potential cardiac valvolopathy risk. But I find it beneficial and interesting enough to use occasionally until there is more data.
