Insight about the creation of our society

So most of our society has been created by Stage Blue, as a reaction to Stage Red. The way it's been created is to maintain an orderly, civil way of collective survival. Stage Red can express itself authentically, but in an unconscious manner. This results in a lot of chaos and anarchy, which Blue then reacts against. Authenticity is a negative term in Blue's eyes as it reminds Blue of what happens in a Red society. Blue creates a society with fixed roles, fixed laws, fixed ethics, fixed codes of conduct, clear definitions of good and bad, clear definitions of good/bad manners and etiquettes, etc. The roles are uni-dimensional and materialistic in nature cuz all stages below Green are materialistic. This kills the individual and it does not allow the authentic expression of the individual.

A Blue society is created on the foundation of a Red society. It just so turns out that the way Blue deals with the issues of a Red society can create a lot of suffering. Un-integrated Stage Red can lead to loss of self in the institutions and the pressure of social expectations. Stage Orange does not cut it here, cuz it's built on top of Blue! Orange works in a Blue society and tries to game this system for success. What's really needed here is an integration of Stage Red! This leads us to understand that Blue isn't 'the way society is' and it is built on top of Red. The foundation of Red can really help us to either undermine the structures of Blue, or make big and drastic changes in it, or create entirely new and conscious structures in its place!

One of the issues with unconscious Blue is that it makes a big enemy of Red. In fact, it can project the dysfunctional aspects of Red onto Orange and use that as a reason to resist Orange as well! This is why Blue is resistant to materialism/hedonism (Red and Orange), savagery, grandiose narcissism, emotions (Blue assumes that emotions lead to impulsivity), guiltlessness/shamelessness, sexual autonomy (Red and Orange), sexuality in general, etc. Consciously integrated Stage Red will not have any of the dysfunctional aspects of Red.

Any insights/questions/comments/suggestions? I'm curious to see what yall have to say about this.

This post in my mind can be summed up this way. 

It's like evolving to a point of complete understanding and final Revival after suffering a lot of metamorphosis and then asking oneself "why did I get here?" and Guilting oneself for having come so far and interpreting it as something bad for being different and wanting to go back to the point from where all the evolution started to once again go through the same cycle of causation and change and once again come to the point of final Revival. 

In short it looks like a loop. 

High consciousness is a point of no return. 

It can't be faked.

How is this a loop? As far as I can see, I'm talking about integrating un-integrated Stage Red and raising consciousness conclusively that way.

If it comes across that way, I don't mean it to.
