Hey,

here are just 2 of several Interviews with 50 year old People which are incredible fit. Here is their recipe to health & fitness ( claimed independently from each other ):

  1. 8-9 hours of sleep
  2. no drugs (including sugar or steroid)
  3. vegetarian diet
  4. workout 3 times a week for 1.5 hours (calesthetics)
  5. a calm mind
  6. dicipline
  7. moderation ín everything

Maaan I love this channel.

Its one of the greatest content on youtube I feel like. And maybe Im a little biased bcs I lived in Brooklyn for a while..

Yeah, rly high level content. They have these tipical 5 percenter / ny muslim swag i'd say. But that's only from the media like interviews or books that I've consumed. Maybe you can tell what you impression are?
