If you mean the search for truth, the answer is obvious: truth is necessary for a self-actualized life.

If you don't know the truth about how to run a business, how can you run a business?

If you don't know the truth about how relationships work, how can you have a successful relationship?

If you don't know the truth about yourself, how can you act in a way that benefits yourself?

I could go on but I think you get it. We all need truth.

@aurum those are negative motivations, negative motivation never works. You need positive motivation, I mean truth in terms of a noble value from Leos Life Purpose program.

@JevinRDo you have an example of a positive motivation? I didn't purchase Leo's Life Purpose course.

1. Truth opens limitless possibilities for my life

2. Truth opens a whole new world

3. Truth can transform my life

4. Truth can free me

Not really, that's why I posted lol. So far I have.

An example of positive motivation for health would be so I can look and feel great

In retrospect, a negative motivation for health would be I look fat and disgusting and I don't to be in pain of looking fat and disgusting, but once you get thin you begin eat junk and then you are fat again and its the up and down spiral of self-sabotage and it never works out.
