Alice In Wonderland Syndrome While Meditating

This is how I felt during my last three meditation sessions.  This usually happens after the 20 minute mark along with sounds becoming very distant. lol

(Forgive me for the nudity)  But has anyone else experienced this maybe when they were younger and had the flu?

I like when this happens LOL but it hadn´t happend in a while to me now , last time probably like 4 month ago, hands feeling huge and heavy like stone my whole body was feeling like massive led or iron, just fucking heavy  

it was cool af, but it is just a flashy effect , i take it if it comes and if not then not.

Ask yourself what this means about your experience of sensations. Do your sensations of your body relate to your visual experience of your body?
