Sleep problems through spiritual practices!?

The last couple of months I didn’t sleep well. Normally I’m not really tired in the evening. Sometimes I have problems falling asleep and I often wake up a few times during the night. I also wake up early in the morning and don’t feel rested from time to time.

A psychic told me, that this could be a current consequence of my spiritual practices (TMI meditation, Yoga, Chi raising Breathwork between 2h and 3h every day). Have you encountered similar problems? What were your solutions?

Maybe adopt a yoga nidra practice before bed? Definitely helps sleep and balances out any issues that could arise when doing more energising practices
