Weird increase in strength. Can anyone explain?

Hi all, I have been receiving a treatment in a hospital for having overworked. I surprised the doctor for having recovered suddenly and faster than expected. Not only that, my physical strength has increased considerably.

I am thankful for being sick this time. Looks like my parents have not only changed but they also have had sincere love for me for so long. They even cried. A family misunderstanding has been settled thoroughly.
