Dr Nicole LePera is a psychologist informed in enlightenment.
She has her own youtube channel linked above, as well as instagram community.

I was introduced to her content by @DrewNows.

Bearing with the conditioned in gentleness, fording the river with resolution, not neglecting what is distant, not regarding one's companions; thus one may manage to walk in the middle. H11L2

I love her work so much. A lot of what she deals with is childhood traumas and is very helpful.
