Can anyone recommend good yoga lessons on youtube for example?

I personally follow Ali Kamenova's videos. She is great . I started off with Tara Stiles who is another yoga teacher on youtube.

I believe that if you start by doing random lessons you will get bored and quit. The ultimate yogi program has a specific schedule for each day.

@Huz Harri, go to yoga classes. It's much easier to have an instructor, plus you never know who you might meet...

These 2 are really excellent. I use the channel "methodyoga" for more calisthenics//pilates/yoga-ish workouts for strength (specifically the core training vids)
