Kakeibo / Budget Template.

Hi, 

I recently stumbled upon this "Kakeibo- The Japanese Art of Budgeting & Saving Money" method.  This is the essential tool used by any money-savvy Japanese to manage the household finances.

I first watched a video of this and wanted to apply this system into my life, to better manage my money and save more. But I couldn't find any excel template and I'm not good with excel to create one. 

Do you know if any kakaeibo excel tepmlate exists? Could you please attach here one for me? Or give me a link? 

Or what other personal money management method do you guys use? Anyone who uses a good budget system to better manage personal money and save more? Could you please attach a excel template? That will be much appreciated.
