@Leo Gura I was talking about his energy (the creativity) on the court...he's often either hated or loved, like jesus :P

Yes, and I'm pointing out to you that Jesus was an avatar.

The Godhead cannot be hated or loved by people because only the awakened know that a Godhead even exists. You can't see the Godhead, only its avatar.

You are God. You are Truth. You are Love. You are Infinity.

Theres a difference between throwing a ball and shooting a ball into a basket. Its nuanced. With the skillset Kobe possessed, you can't say he was just "throwing it", he spent years working on the mechanics and quality repetition of his shooting motion. Theres footwork, theres timing, theres a subtle flick of the wrist, follow through, ect ect thousands of times, in a game setting, under metabolic fatigue and with defenders in your face.

The man just died and you said he was "throwing" it? C'mon Leo

If you think about it objectively, it really is amazing that Kobe got so famous and rich for throwing balls into baskets. That says a lot about what humanity values and our level of development. People don't like to question the obvious.

@TrynaBeTurquoisegood point it's not kobe the person people loved, it's the passion he brought to the game, to his craft and profession. It's a typical intellectual's write off or bias, justifiable but also shruggable

A difference you are imagining.

You are really going to debate the definition of "throw"?

Lots of people bring passion and craft to their profession, but they don't get paid $25 million/year for it because they are not throwing balls into baskets. It requires a society which values balls in baskets to pay that kind of money for that kind of activity.

You ain't gonna earn $25 mil/year throwing horse shoes, no matter how much passion or creativity you do it with.

Then again, DudePerfect earns $20 mil/year throwing things:

Because there are 1000x less helicopters than cars in that 100 mile area.

It doesn't matter Leo.
These studies do not try to approximate the abstract properties inherent to helicopter flight, but measure the risks of flight in current conditions. We're not living in a world where there is 1000x more helicopters in a 100 mile area.

In Christian Trinitian symbolism, the Godhead is the Father.
The purpose of Jesus was to teach about him through embodiment. That is why it is said that Christ is both God and a man.
