Backlog of notes

How do you guys deal with them? Do you compress them? Or just categorize them and leave it like that? It is hard to categorize because some topics overflow and it is hard to keep it neat. I’m using Evernote by the way.

I use Notion, its quite neat. Both feature and layout wise. You can nest pages boards, task lists, to-dos, drag layouts ect.

Yeah, you can get like 3 free months with this one and about + 4 with the free credit they give you.
Still I found it to be far better than ever-note or other free options. Its worth the money for me.
