When you're in a running Spirtual Process & you're figuring everything out in your head and you can't stop yourself....you're figuring it out and digging and digging and you're getting closer & closer and time is flying like now it's morning and the next second it's night..you can't asleep , you're wide awake...during this circumstances should anyone take the help of pills or medicine to stop himself..to make him slow down and put him to sleep?
