Where To Start?

Hello,

I'm 20 years old and I love this concept of personal development. I've been reading about it and I'm very excited to start my own journey for a while now but I'm lost. There's so much to learn, to change, to be... I don't know. I don't know how to organize myself to study this amount of stuff, then how to organize my studies, I don't even know what I should learn first since there's so much interesting topics and concepts that I want to learn... I don't know where to start. I've been watching Leo's videos and I'm loving it, but I'm not really doing anything productive with my life. I really need some help here... And sorry about my horrible spelling, english is not my first language, I can understand but I have problems expressing myself

What do you want to do? Ask yourself what is the most important thing that I need to be doing right now.

Start off by committing to meditation if you want. A lot of thr stuff is about awareness.

You could set-up a morning routine and add some habits from there. I would reccomend reading, meditation. Then look at your life and see the aspects where you really suck work on it. Use the latest video from leo.

You could use this video to get an overview:

Meditation aside, try starting with learning about the subconscious mind and all the Mind Power techniques to reshape it. Read Mind Power by John Kehoe if you can.

Sorry, this will sound self-serving, but if you're stuck in life and don't know where to start, that's what the Life Purpose Course was designed to address. It's a rather deep pickle you're in, and no one video will solve it. But a 25 hour course might. A course has the structure you're currently lacking from watching one-off videos. It baby-steps you through it.

Then once you've that down, the one-off videos will be much more useful to you.
